2022 REMU PD2160 Excavator Screening Bucket, 1.8-2.2 yd3, 84 in Wide, for 25-30 Ton Excavators

REMU PD2160 hydraulic screening bucket built for 25 to 30 ton excavators. Rotating blade shafts in the bucket floor separate fine material from oversize rock and debris as the operator works, so soil can be screened directly at the dig site instead of hauled to a plant. The PD series is REMU's heavy-duty padding line, designed for pipeline padding and trench backfill where large rock and constant wear are part of every shift.

REMU Oy of Finland has built screening buckets since the 1980s. Each PD rotor is driven by its own direct-drive piston motor, with a continuously lubricated chain keeping the rotors in sync.

What can operate it: a 25 to 30 ton excavator with auxiliary hydraulics delivering 20 to 30 GPM at up to 4,350 psi. Machines in this class include the Cat 323 and 326, Deere 250G and 270G, Komatsu PC210 and PC290, Volvo EC250 and Hitachi ZX250. Most excavators this size produce more than 30 GPM, so auxiliary flow should be restricted to the bucket's maximum. Confirm the head bracket pin size or coupler matches your machine before purchase.
