Item Description
Proton-Electrotex IP#147-3170-PE diode rectifier for Inductotherm induction equipment, 600A 1200V rating. Proton-Electrotex is a Russian manufacturer of high-power semiconductors including thyristors, diodes, and IGBTs for industrial drives, induction heating, and HVDC transmission applications.
Diode rectifiers convert AC line power to DC bus voltage in induction melting and heating equipment. The 600A continuous current and 1200V rating place this in the medium-power industrial induction supply range. Applications include replacement diodes for Inductotherm induction melting furnaces, induction heating systems, and metal foundry power supplies. Used condition; semiconductor health should be verified before installation.
