INA NKX40Z (174742) combined needle roller and thrust ball bearing, 40 mm bore class. The NKX design carries radial load on the needle section and axial load on the integral thrust ball section in one compact envelope.
Combined bearings of this type serve machine tool lead screws, indexing tables, and gearbox output positions where one seat must take load in both directions, keeping both raceways concentric by construction.
