Item Description
Ashcroft Duralife compound pressure and vacuum gauge, reading 30 inches of mercury vacuum through 0-30 PSIG on a dual scale. Duralife is Ashcroft's welded-system line: an AISI 316 stainless bourdon tube welded to a bronze socket, which removes the soft-solder joint that fails first on ordinary gauges. Made in the U.S.A.
Compound gauges of this range read both sides of atmospheric, which is what pump suction lines, vacuum pots, condensate systems, and filter housings need - the same gauge shows pull on the vacuum side and pressure when the system comes up. Plant maintenance, process skids, and pump packages all spec them.
Dismantled off a working machine and reported working when removed. Gauge face is lightly hazed with minor scuffs to the bezel; otherwise intact and clean with no rust. Sold as-is, surplus from King Surplus inventory in Del Rio, Texas. Same-day shipping on orders before 3:00 PM CT.
