Item Description
This is a Graco fluid metering set made up of a G3000 gear flow meter and a Graco Informer 243312 display. The G3000 is a positive displacement volumetric meter built for paints, coatings, sealants and other finishing fluids on high pressure lines, and it is rated to 4000 psi. Graco part 239719 is the gear meter assembly used inside G3000 meter 289813. As fluid passes through the meter, a pair of gears turns and an electronic sensor produces a pulse for each gear tooth, giving a resolution of 0.119 cc per pulse across a flow range of 0.02 to 1.0 gallons per minute.
The Informer display reads those pulses and shows flow rate and totalized volume at the point of application. Its nameplate carries intrinsic safety markings for Class I, Division 1, Group D hazardous indoor locations when installed per Graco manual 309102.
Paint finishing shops, OEM coating lines, plural component and adhesive dispensing operations use this pairing to monitor material usage, verify mix and application rates, and track consumption by part or shift. The meter connects with 1/4 npt female ports and has 303 stainless steel, tungsten carbide and PTFE wetted parts.
