Item Description
LDI Industries REO series automatic solenoid lubricator, type number 727-1, serial F022513. Built in Manitowoc, Wisconsin, the unit runs on 120V 60Hz at 11 watts, meters through a .203 orifice, and is rated 40 PSI. It carries a glass reservoir and a wick brush applicator.
Solenoid lubricators deliver a measured shot of oil on an electrical signal rather than on a mechanical linkage, which is how chain drives, conveyor rails, cutting tools, and stamping dies get lubricated on a controller's schedule instead of an operator's memory. The glass reservoir lets the level be checked at a glance and the wick brush lays oil directly on the moving surface.
Common on packaging lines, conveyor systems, metal-forming presses, and saw and drill stations where a dry rail or chain shows up as wear and downtime.
