The Kaeser Aircenter AS 20 T is a 20 HP (15 kW) rotary screw air compressor supplied as a complete, all-in-one package. The airend, drive motor, integrated refrigerated dryer, and receiver tank are mounted and pre-plumbed on a single frame, so the unit needs only power and a service air connection to run. It produces 99 cfm at 125 psig on 3-phase power and is field-configurable for 208, 230, or 460 volts at 60 Hz. Kaeser is a German compressed-air manufacturer, and the Aircenter line is built to minimize installation labor: compressor, dryer, and storage are combined in one enclosure rather than assembled from separate components on site. The integrated refrigerated dryer removes moisture from the compressed air before it reaches downstream equipment, which protects pneumatic tools, actuators, and finish work from water carryover. A screw unit of this size fits machine shops, automotive and body/paint shops, woodworking operations, packaging lines, and light manufacturing floors running continuous-duty air demand.
