Great Day Everyone. This is a Caldwell Krane-King gantry crane with 1000 lb capacity. Bridge span is 22', runway length is 23', and hook height (TS) is 10'. Equipped with a Harrington NER005LO 1 Ton electric chain hoist. 460V, 3-Phase, 3/4 HP, 1.7 Amps. Approximate weight is 4,000 lbs.

PHASE 1 UNIT - Estimated Release: Late January / Early February 2025 This unit cannot be released for pickup until final client release from Phase 1. Exact release dates may vary by several days within this timeline. By purchasing or submitting an offer, buyer acknowledges and accepts this release schedule.

GANTRY STYLE: This is a gantry-style crane, providing portable overhead lifting capability without permanent installation requirements.

FLEXIBLE PURCHASE OPTIONS: This crane can be purchased standalone, with the CNC machine(s) currently positioned beneath it in their production station, or configured with different machines from our inventory to create a custom work cell. We have approximately 60 CNC machine tools available as part of this liquidation, and cranes can be matched with machines based on your specific production requirements. This crane is positioned above CNC work stations in an active manufacturing facility. All structural components, electrical systems, pendant controls, and hoist are included. Rigging and transportation are not included in pricing.

Inspection Notes: This unit is currently in active production and functions in its current capacity. Buyer should have all safety systems, limit switches, brake function, and load capacity recertified prior to placing into service.

PM Considerations: Daily, weekly, and annual preventive maintenance checklists have been conducted from the establishment of service and will continue until dismantling.
