MBI Freestanding Workstation Bridge with 2000 Lbs. Capacity

Great Day Everyone. This is an MBI freestanding workstation bridge crane with 2000 lb capacity. Bridge span is 36', runway length is 40', and hook height (TS) is 18'. Equipped with CM Lodestar 1 Ton and Harrington NER02D2 2 Ton electric chain hoists. 460V, 3-Phase, 1 HP, 5.0 Amps. Approximate weight is 7,700 lbs.

PHASE 2 UNIT - Estimated Release: Late February / Early March 2025 This unit cannot be released for pickup until final client release from Phase 2. Exact release dates may vary by several days within this timeline. By purchasing or submitting an offer, buyer acknowledges and accepts this release schedule.

DUAL HOIST CONFIGURATION: This crane features multiple hoists providing flexibility for different load capacities and tandem lifting operations.

FLEXIBLE PURCHASE OPTIONS: This bridge crane can be purchased standalone, with the CNC machine(s) currently positioned beneath it in their production station, or configured with different machines from our inventory to create a custom work cell. We have approximately 60 CNC machine tools available as part of this liquidation, and bridge cranes can be matched with machines based on your specific production requirements. This crane is positioned above CNC work stations in an active manufacturing facility. The freestanding design allows for complete relocation without building structure modifications. All structural components, electrical festoon systems, pendant controls, and hoists are included. Rigging and transportation are not included in pricing.

Inspection Notes: This unit is currently in active production and functions in its current capacity. Buyer should have all safety systems, limit switches, brake function, and load capacity recertified prior to placing into service.

PM Considerations: Daily, weekly, and annual preventive maintenance checklists have been conducted from the establishment of service and will continue until dismantling.

Bridge cranes can be purchased individually, bundled with CNC machines in their current configurations, or mixed and matched with other equipment from this liquidation to create custom work cells.
