Item Description
Piloted drill reamer with a .310 inch cutting diameter and a 4-3/8 inch overall length, ground from high-speed steel with a TiN coating and a spiral flute. The pilot tip guides the tool true in the bore, and the coolant holes feed coolant to the cutting edges to flush chips clear during deep or production work.
As a combination tool it both opens and finishes a hole in one pass, bringing a drilled hole to final size with a smooth bore. The spiral flute draws chips back and away from the cut, which suits it to machine-shop hole finishing and production reaming on metal.
Sold as a single tool that appears unused. New surplus, available from King Surplus inventory in Del Rio, Texas.
