Item Description
Piloted reamer with a .3920 inch cutting diameter and a .3886 inch pilot, ground from high-speed steel and TiN coated, measuring 7 inches overall. The pilot tip rides ahead of the cutting edges to guide the tool true and hold the finished hole on size.
Held in a machine chuck, this reamer brings a drilled hole to a precise .3920 inch diameter with a smooth bore, holding tighter tolerance than drilling alone. The TiN coating reduces friction and extends edge life in steel and other alloys. It suits tool-room sizing, production hole finishing, and precision assembly work.
One reamer, in appears-unused condition. New surplus, available from King Surplus inventory in Del Rio, Texas.
