Great Day Everyone. Hours are 7,992. The year of manufacture was 2016. These units are set to be decommissioned during the liquidation process. We have bridge cranes available to go above these units, allowing configuration into work cells of 2-6 total units or more if needed into multiple work cells. Capacities vary but are either 0.5 or 1 ton with varying specifications for each bridge crane (available for viewing under our Bridge Cranes category). Raised operator work platforms are also available as an optional add-on. This turnkey solution can include transformers, safety switches, reservoirs, and any accessories specific to each unit as shown. We have the capacity to sell you the entire setup: machine, electrical, platform, and bridge cranes for a complete turnkey installation.

Currently outfitted with a 31.5" table. As these units are still in active production, the tooling in the turrets changes daily. Towards the decommissioning date, if specific tooling is requested for the turret, we can work with the buyer to accommodate. The chuck and faceplate (if directly mounted to the chuck) will be included with the unit. Any tooling mounted on top of the jaws or additional tooling mounted above the chuck on the faceplate will not be included in the sale. The chip conveyors can come with the units, but the operation of them is unknown. They were not being utilized. We can work with international buyers, or buyers with their own shipping capabilities or crews for teardowns if desired. Otherwise, units can be transported. Transportation is not included in any prices.

Recent Repairs (Last 12 Months):

• Z-axis hydraulic line replaced
• Tool magazine encoder pending replacement (on order, awaiting delivery to restore full operational status)

PM Work Checklists:

• Daily (~10 min): Guard/interlock inspection, indicator lamp check, air pressure (80-90 PSI), coolant supply and reservoir level, way lube oil level, chuck pressure regulator, extraction hose (if applicable), exterior cleaning.
• Weekly (~25 min): Coolant and hydraulic hose inspection, hydraulic fluid level, chip conveyor operation/hardware/covers, flexible electrical conduit (if applicable), extractor fan operation.
• Annual (21-point inspection): Spindle belts/gears/couplings, spindle runout, spindle drive system, axis backlash, ball screws/bearings, way covers/gibs, turret operation and alignment, tool positions, lubrication system and grease points, hydraulic system, coolant system, air system leaks, electrical wiring/connectors, machine leveling, filters, optional equipment (conveyor, feeder, bar loader).

Status: Operational with note: Awaiting encoder delivery to complete repair.
