A set-screw adjustable expansion reamer in high-speed steel with a TiN coating, set at a .1610 inch diameter on a 1-1/8 inch body. The set screws let the cutting blades be adjusted to fine-tune the bore size, so a single tool can finish a hole to a precise, repeatable diameter and a smooth surface.
