Item Description
HSS combination drill reamer with a .1940 inch cutting diameter and an integral .1850 inch pilot tip that guides the tool true as it sizes an already-drilled hole. The threaded shank measures 2-3/4 inches overall and the tool carries a TiN coating for added surface hardness and wear life.
This is aircraft tooling: the piloted, fixed-size design brings a fastener hole to a precise final diameter and smooth bore for structural assembly. The threaded shank locks into a power feed drill motor for repeatable production reaming on the line.
New surplus, available from King Surplus inventory in Del Rio, Texas.
