Item Description
A piloted chucking reamer in high-speed steel, cutting a .2658 inch diameter with a .2475 inch pilot tip that guides the tool true through the hole. It runs a spiral flute, carries a TiN coating, and measures 6 inches overall.
The integral pilot makes this an aviation-style reamer, used to finish structural and fastener holes to a precise diameter and concentric bore in aircraft and aerospace assembly work. The spiral flute helps flush chips clear of the bore on the cut.
