Item Description
A high-speed steel piloted drill reamer with a 3/8 inch (.375 inch) cutting diameter, a .311 inch pilot, a TiN coating, and a 7-5/8 inch overall length, carrying part number 380714-1. A drill reamer cuts and finishes a hole in one pass, and the pilot nose keeps the tool concentric to the bore as it works.
This is aircraft tooling, suited to the deep, close-tolerance fastener holes found in structural assembly and MRO. The extended length gives reach into recessed or stacked structure, and the TiN coating adds surface hardness for production use.
One reamer included. New surplus, available from King Surplus inventory in Del Rio, Texas.
