Great Day Everyone. This Mazak Megaturn Nexus 900 CNC Vertical Turning Center has 24,234 hours and was manufactured in 2013. This machine is owned by King Surplus and is located in our bonded warehouse in Del Rio, TX, staged and ready to ship. This unit was pulled from a working manufacturing plant. All units were fully functional, and our video documentation shows this.

This unit comes with the following four accessories:

1. Jorgensen Conveyors hinged-belt chip conveyor with coolant tank and three-pump coolant assembly
2. Steel operator work table / stand
3. Mazak Superflow coolant filtration system
4. Oil-mist extraction unit (mist collector with cartridge filter and blower)

The machine and all accessories are sold as-is, where-is. We can work with international buyers and with buyers using their own shipping capabilities or crews. Transportation and rigging are not included in any prices; loading at our Del Rio warehouse can be arranged on request, or buyers may bring their own crews.

• Weekly (~25 min): Coolant and hydraulic hose inspection, hydraulic fluid level, chip conveyor operation/hardware/covers (if equipped), flexible electrical conduit (if applicable), extractor fan operation.
• Annual (21-point inspection): Spindle belts/gears/couplings, spindle runout, spindle drive system, axis backlash, ball screws/bearings, way covers/gibs, turret operation and alignment, tool positions, lubrication system and grease points, hydraulic system, coolant system, air system leaks, electrical wiring/connectors, machine leveling, filters, optional equipment (conveyor, feeder, bar loader).
