Great Day Everyone. This Mazak Megaturn Nexus 900M CNC Vertical Turning Center with Live Milling has 19,971 hours and was manufactured in 2013. This machine is owned by King Surplus and is located in our bonded warehouse in Del Rio, TX. This unit is being sold as a parts or repair unit. It is not currently operational and requires the components listed below under Known Issues.

This unit comes with the following four accessories:

1. Jorgensen Conveyors hinged-belt chip conveyor with coolant tank and three-pump coolant assembly
2. Steel operator work table / stand
3. Mazak Superflow coolant filtration system
4. Oil-mist extraction unit (mist collector with cartridge filter and blower)

The machine and all accessories are sold as-is, where-is. We can work with international buyers and with buyers using their own shipping capabilities or crews. Transportation and rigging are not included in any prices; loading at our Del Rio warehouse can be arranged on request, or buyers may bring their own crews.

PM Work Checklists:

• Daily (~10 min): Guard/interlock inspection, indicator lamp check, air pressure (80-90 PSI), coolant supply and reservoir level, way lube oil level, chuck pressure regulator, extraction hose (if applicable), exterior cleaning.
• Weekly (~25 min): Coolant and hydraulic hose inspection, hydraulic fluid level, chip conveyor operation/hardware/covers (if equipped), flexible electrical conduit (if applicable), extractor fan operation.
• Annual (21-point inspection): Spindle belts/gears/couplings, spindle runout, spindle drive system, axis backlash, ball screws/bearings, way covers/gibs, turret operation and alignment, tool positions, lubrication system and grease points, hydraulic system, coolant system, air system leaks, electrical wiring/connectors, machine leveling, filters, optional equipment (conveyor, feeder, bar loader).

These units were pulled from active, working production at a facility retooling approximately 25% of a 400,000 sq. ft. manufacturing plant to support a new contract requiring a completely different class of machine tools and production processes. These machines were removed for strategic business reasons and are not removals from failing or obsolete operations.

King Surplus manages the process from asset identification through orderly removal, providing buyers access to opportunities that rarely surface through traditional public auctions. Additional machine tools, peripherals, and plant support equipment may be available beyond individual listings.

• Dimensions and weights are approximate and may be based on manufacturer literature
