This machine is owned by King Surplus and is located in our bonded warehouse in Del Rio, TX, staged and ready to ship. This unit was pulled from a working manufacturing plant. All units were fully functional, and our video documentation shows this.

PM Work Checklists:

• Daily (~10 min): Guard/interlock inspection, indicator lamp check, air pressure (80-90 PSI), coolant supply and reservoir level, way lube oil level, chuck pressure regulator, extraction hose (if applicable), exterior cleaning.
• Weekly (~25 min): Coolant and hydraulic hose inspection, hydraulic fluid level, chip conveyor operation/hardware/covers (if equipped), flexible electrical conduit (if applicable), extractor fan operation.
• Annual (21-point inspection): Spindle belts/gears/couplings, spindle runout, spindle drive system, axis backlash, ball screws/bearings, way covers/gibs, turret operation and alignment, tool positions, lubrication system and grease points, hydraulic system, coolant system, air system leaks, electrical wiring/connectors, machine leveling, filters, optional equipment (conveyor, feeder, bar loader).
