Item Description
Piloted chucking reamer with a 15/64 inch (.2344) cutting diameter, a .1710 inch pilot, and a 6-1/2 inch overall length, ground from high-speed steel with a TiN coating. The pilot tip leads the cutting section to guide the tool true in the existing bore.
Held in a machine spindle, this reamer takes a light finishing cut to bring a drilled hole to an exact 15/64 inch diameter with a smooth, concentric bore. The pilot keeps the cut aligned for accurate fastener and dowel holes, and the TiN coating extends edge life.
This is a single tool that appears unused. New surplus, available from King Surplus inventory in Del Rio, Texas.
