Item Description
A piloted drill reamer in high-speed steel, .2570 inch diameter and 6 inches long, with a spiral flute, through-coolant holes, and a black oxide finish. The pilot guides the tool true while coolant fed through the body flushes chips clear in deep or production holes, and the combination geometry both opens and finishes the bore in one pass.
The spiral flute clears chips smoothly through the cut. It suits production reaming and machine-shop hole finishing where a clean, on-size .2570 inch bore is required, including aircraft and aerospace fastener hole work.
