Item Description
Piloted chucking reamer with a 7/16 inch (.4375) cutting diameter, a .3210 inch pilot, and an 8-3/4 inch overall length, ground from high-speed steel with a spiral flute. The pilot tip rides ahead of the cutting section to guide the tool true in the existing bore.
Held in a machine spindle, this reamer takes a light finishing cut to bring a drilled hole to an exact 7/16 inch diameter with a smooth, concentric bore. The spiral flute draws chips clear, and the pilot keeps the cut aligned for accurate fastener and dowel holes.
This is a single tool that appears unused. New surplus, available from King Surplus inventory in Del Rio, Texas.
