Item Description
This is a set of Rosler replacement blades for a shot blast wheel, labeled JWL-301/302 and carrying Rosler material number 300249648 (former number 101020253). Rosler, the Rosler Oberflachentechnik group with its US operation at rosler.us, builds shot blast machines and vibratory finishing systems for metal parts.
In a wheel blast machine, a motor driven turbine wheel receives abrasive shot at its center and the blades accelerate it outward at high speed against castings, forgings, steel plate, structural shapes or fabricated parts. The blades take continuous abrasive wear and are normally changed as a set so the wheel stays balanced and the blast pattern stays even.
These parts are used by foundries, forge shops, steel service centers, heat treaters and fabricators who run Rosler wheel blast equipment. Buyers should match the Rosler material number, the JWL-301/302 designation and the wheel type against their machine parts list before ordering.
