Item Description
A solid carbide head chucking reamer cutting at 17/64 inch (.2656 inch) with a .2500 inch pilot tip and a 6 inch overall length, finished with a TiN coating. The carbide head holds its edge under heat and abrasion, and the pilot guides the reamer true so a drilled hole is brought to final size with a clean bore.
The piloted geometry and long reach suit production reaming and deeper holes where the tool must stay aligned through the cut. Carbide handles harder and more abrasive materials than HSS at higher cutting speeds.
Application covers production machine reaming, precision hole finishing, and tool-room sizing. One reamer, used. Sold as-is, surplus from King Surplus inventory in Del Rio, Texas. Same-day shipping on orders before 3:00 PM CT.
