Item Description
DXP PumpWorks builds the HP Plus as a horizontal, high-pressure multi-stage centrifugal pump for continuous-duty service in oilfield and energy applications. This unit, Model HP 675-9000, carries 42 stages and a maximum allowable working pressure of 2,220 PSI at 200°F, placing it at the high-head end of the HP Plus range. PumpWorks, a DXP company, engineers and tests the HP Plus line in the USA to API standards, with a Ni-Resist staging design built in compression for handling aggressive fluids.
The pump is skid-mounted on a common baseplate with its driver, a Toshiba EQPIII Global SD electric motor rated 500 HP, 460V, 3-phase, 3,570 RPM in a TEFC NEMA Premium enclosure carrying a Class I, Division 2 hazardous-area rating. The motor nameplate is dated April 2020.
Pumps in this class serve saltwater disposal, produced-water and water injection, water flooding, pipeline boosting, and mine dewatering, where high discharge pressure and stable flow are needed across long run cycles. The multi-stage configuration generates pressure that single-stage units cannot, and the skid base lets the unit be set, leveled, and piped as one package.
This unit is offered as surplus; pump and motor nameplate data are documented in the listing photos. Sold as-is, surplus from the King Surplus yard in Comfort, Texas. Freight and rigging quoted on request.
