So I have already bought 3 cases of MRE and the quality is good especially since the pouches are designed to stay fresh for a dang decade. The price is good and the speed of shipping and handling is outstanding. I will just out and say that they are great meals. Frankly I take em for lunch eat most of meal and save some of the side items. Then I snack on them at a later time. They just agree with my Palette and tummy while being cost effective. Also I like that they don't use Nitrites as preservative which is a synthetic version of nitrates "a preservative and causes migraines" It's what keeps cheap BarS hotdogs pink, cheap lunch meat from turning grey and canned ham fresh... Nitrites are nasty stuff and the military says NO to them as when heated they become mutenagenic "high chance causes cancer" So yeah MREs SAFER FOOD than your ham sandwich.... where else can yah get Entree, side, desert or snack, and beverage powder for under $4... THAT HEATS ITSELF...
