Joel M.'s review

The review

First time making an order to Kings Surplus. They were out of stock on one of the items and with in 1.5 hrs of my order being placed on line, they gave me a call and left a message. THEN called me again, 30 min. later to make sure they go in touch with me directly. A quick conversation to go ahead and process the order! Thats great customer service!! Something that is lacking a lot these days. Super impressed with staff and their quick response. Much appreciated and I will certainly order from Kings again!!! Thanks.
