I was new to this business. I'm from a camp, minimal unnecessary back and forth between the customer and sellers is the best way to go about in most transactions. Having said that, the Kingsurplus was exactly that. i paid for something. it was shipped quickly without much anything extra. Can't ask anything more. Highly recommended.
