Made an offer on a quite expensive pump, which they accepted. Sent over an invoice quickly with a great shipping rate compared to everyone else who tries to take advantage of you on that end as well. Pump arrived quickly, well packed and in the condition shown/stated. It was a new old stock pump, so had some shelf wear, but internals looked flawless.
