All sales are FOB Del Rio, TX, venue Val Verde County, TX . The customer is responsible for all shipping and packaging fees, including returns and exchanges . A 25% restocking fee , less non-refundable payment processing fees, applies to all returned or exchanged orders, with eligibility and any adjustments at King Surplus sole discretion following inspection.
