I ordered a couple of items from King Surplus and I had an issue which was not my fault nor the fault of King Surplus... not only did I receive a phone call directly from these fine people, my issue was immediately taken care of with honest customer service and genuine care for the customer... the company went well above and beyond to make sure both parties involved were satisfied... I'm now on a personal mission to spread the word about this company... these folks know how to run a business... prompt service, accurate and on time delivery and great products... other companies should take the time to learn these fine folks...
