I have not received my order as you stated in your last message that it would be delivered by today………

Hey Brian, You’re right. We checked the tracking for all 3 with USPS and they haven’t arrived. That was their estimated date of delivery. It still shows in transit. I’m sorry for the delay. We’ve got a ticket out to USPS to see what the heck is going on. You’re right to be frustrated. It’s not acceptable. They should have been there by now. I went ahead and sent you a text message, I also tried to call, but it went straight to voicemail. Rest assured we will get those cases to you. Even if we have to re-ship some cases. Things like this can be frustrating. But we’re here, and won’t stop until it’s made right.
