Item Description
A piloted drill reamer in high-speed steel with a TiN coating, with a .1595 inch cutting diameter and a .1345 inch pilot. The pilot tip guides the tool true into an existing hole while the cutting section sizes it to a precise finished diameter and a smooth bore.
This reamer is Hi-Lok aircraft and aerospace tooling. Hi-Lok is an aerospace interference-fit fastener system, and this reamer cuts the precise holes those fasteners require for structural assembly. The TiN coating adds surface hardness and reduces friction for a cleaner cut.
