Item Description
HSS combination drill reamer cutting .1610 inch on a threaded shank, 3 inches overall, with a TiN coating that adds surface hardness and extends wear life through repeated cutting cycles.
This is aircraft tooling. The fixed-size, piloted-style reamer brings an already-drilled fastener hole to its exact final diameter, leaving a smooth bore sized for structural assembly. Working at .1610 inch, it suits the small-diameter fastener holes common in airframe skin and bracket work. The threaded shank drives from a power feed drill motor for repeatable reaming on the line, and the 3 inch length gives reach into the joint where the hole sits below the surface.
