Item Description
Small-bore hand reamer with a .0971 inch caliper-measured cutting diameter and a 6 inch overall length, ground with a spiral flute and made of HSS high-speed steel. A hand reamer is turned manually to bring a small drilled hole to an exact diameter with a smooth bore, and the brass handle gives a positive grip for controlled turning.
The fine cutting diameter suits delicate fitting work on small parts where a light finishing cut sizes the hole. The spiral flute helps the tool clear chips smoothly through the bore, and the 6 inch length gives reach into deeper holes.
