Item Description
Piloted chucking reamer in high-speed steel (HSS), USA made, with a .1590 inch cutting diameter and a .203 inch pilot tip, TiN coated. The pilot enters the already-drilled hole first and guides the cutting section so the bore is brought to an exact diameter with a smooth finish.
A machine reamer for precise small-diameter hole finishing in tool-room and production work. The guided pilot holds the tool true and prevents wandering, while the TiN coating adds surface hardness for longer edge life in steel and other metals.
Sold as a single piloted reamer in appears-unused condition. New surplus, available from King Surplus inventory in Del Rio, Texas.
