Item Description
Piloted chucking reamer in high-speed steel (HSS), .1845 inch cutting diameter with an integral .1605 inch pilot tip, 5 inches overall length, TiN coated. The pilot rides in the already-drilled hole and steers the cutting section so the bore is sized to an exact diameter with a clean finish.
A machine reamer for precise small-bore hole finishing in a tool room or production setting. The guided pilot keeps the tool concentric, and the TiN coating raises surface hardness for longer life when cutting steel and similar metals.
Sold as a single piloted reamer in appears-unused condition. New surplus, available from King Surplus inventory in Del Rio, Texas.
