Item Description
A Taper-Lok drill reamer marked Mohawk, part number TLD2040BRE-8, size 137, cutting .4945 inch in diameter over a 5-5/8 inch length, with an oil hole for coolant feed. A drill reamer combines drilling and reaming in one pass, and the coolant-through oil hole feeds coolant to the cut to flush chips clear in deep or production holes.
Taper-Lok is an aerospace interference-fit fastener system, and this reamer cuts the precise holes those fasteners require. It is aircraft and aerospace structural assembly tooling.
This is a single tool in new old stock (NOS) condition. New surplus, available from King Surplus inventory in Del Rio, Texas.
