The Eurotherm EPack SCR power controller is a highly configurable compact range of DIN rail or panel mounting SCR power controllers for 1, 2 or 3-phase control. The EPack is suitable for heating applications from 400W to 62.5kW (1PH) to 108kW (3PH).

The EPack is designed to continuously monitor and detect process fault conditions and notify the operator either through an alarm relay, the display and/or communication. The EPack features built-in real-time parameters, alarms and diagnostics, offering accurate load fault detection functionality.

The Eurotherm EPack power controller is designed for flexibility and precision in industrial heating applications, supporting nominal load currents from 16 to 125 amps and operating at voltages up to 500V. It offers versatile mounting options, including DIN rail and bulkhead installation, and provides multiple control modes such as V2, I2, or true power control for a wide range of load types, including resistive, infrared (IR), transformer primary, and silicon carbide elements. Advanced features include energy usage measurement, comprehensive load diagnostics, and robust communication capabilities via Modbus TCP or Ethernet/IP protocols, with plug-and-play Ethernet connectivity. The EPack is easily configured through its front panel interface or Eurotherm iTools software, making it ideal for modern industrial process control systems.
