Item Description
This is a factory mounting hardware kit for Performer scroll compressors, the scroll line produced under the Danfoss commercial compressors group. The package label reads REF 57 10 062 P06 and identifies it for SH series compressors from the SH090 to the SH161 with brazed connections, the R410A tandem-capable scroll family used in commercial air conditioning, chillers and heat pumps.
Danfoss application guidelines for the SH series state that SH090 through SH184 compressors are mounted on four rubber grommets with steel sleeve liners that isolate the compressor from the base frame, using HM8-40 bolts tightened to 15 Nm. The grommets are compressed until the flat washer meets the steel sleeve, which limits the vibration passed to the frame. The kit photographed here holds the bolts, nuts and spacers for that mounting arrangement.
