Item Description
This is a braided stainless steel flexible hose assembly marked 316, listed at 3/4 inch by 24 inches with threaded end fittings. The 316 marking commonly refers to type 316 stainless steel, a molybdenum bearing austenitic alloy chosen for corrosion resistance.
A braided metal hose has a thin wall corrugated inner tube that gives flexibility, covered by a woven wire braid that carries the pressure load and keeps the hose from stretching.
