Great Day Everyone. This unit has 9,623 hours cutting time. The year of manufacture was 2009. These units are still currently in production and are set to be decommissioned at the end of January/Beginning of February. The hours may increase slightly once the sales and delivery have been made from the base hours aforementioned. We have bridge cranes available to go above these units, allowing configuration into work cells of 2-6 total units or more if needed into multiple work cells. Capacities vary but are either 1 ton or 2 tons with varying specifications for each bridge crane (available for viewing under our Bridge Cranes category). Raised operator work platforms are also available as an optional add-on. This turnkey solution can include transformers, safety switches, reservoirs, and any accessories specific to each unit as shown. We have the capacity to sell you the entire setup: machine, electrical, platform, and bridge cranes for a complete turnkey installation.

Currently outfitted with a 24" chuck. As these units are still in active production, the tooling in the turrets changes daily. Towards the decommissioning date, if specific tooling is requested for the turret, we can work with the buyer to accommodate. The chuck and faceplate (if directly mounted to the chuck) will be included with the unit. Any tooling mounted on top of the jaws or additional tooling mounted above the chuck on the faceplate will not be included in the sale. The chip conveyors can come with the units, but the operation of them is unknown. They were not being utilized. We can work with international buyers, or buyers with their own shipping capabilities or crews for teardowns if desired. Otherwise, units can be transported. Transportation is not included in any prices.
