All sales are FOB Del Rio, TX, venue Val Verde County, TX. The customer is responsible for all shipping and packaging fees, including returns and exchanges. A 25% restocking fee, less non-refundable payment processing fees, applies to all returned or exchanged orders, with eligibility and any adjustments at King Surplus sole discretion following inspection. Returns require a valid RMA accompanying the goods; obtaining it is the customer’s responsibility. Orders over $2,000 require an electronic signature.
